I do want to make it clear that while it is indeed possible to leave one's physical body through SY practices, such as meditation and breathing (prana yama), we do not recommend attempting to do so through stopping the breath, as you experienced.

Also, Siddha Yoga is not a religion, but a practice. Many people, of all religious groups, practice Siddha Yoga.

I listened to what Anton Grosz had to say until he aligned himself with the Borg. This is the problem with all spiritual beliefs. They build a structure that helps humanity to rise to their creator, but they always insert something that blocks us from rising any further, and the Borg is one of them.

I love hearing from people that are beyond level 80 in the game of life. When I was in college, taking psychology, one of my extra credit assignments was interviews of elderly people, and over 100 and they all said that the one thing they wish they had done differently or the one thing that they did do was they didn’t take live too seriously and that they wish they had had more fun. That’s so accurate.
Anyone who judges you because you’re too easy-going and free spirited is jealous because they don’t know how to do it.

I have grieved the loss of many. I have rarely cried as I know I will see them again. First off, I am happy the person who has crossed over gets to feel the full Love Of God. I watch for signs they are still in my life in some way. There was a dragon fly that flew in a perfect figure 8 in a parking lot and I knew it was a sign from a friend who had a thing for dragon flies! I was in Boston once and was missing a friend of mine and I came across prayer cards with St.Odelia on them and I knew my Grandmother was with me watching over me. Her name was Odelia. What are the chances? Watch for the signs.

I’m a single mother with two children both of my sons have special needs and I’m constantly struggling providing the daily necessities for my sons.
