  1. Thank you so much for this. To have part of my heritage be honored in writing, and in your video is so very healing. πŸ’žπŸ–€ I appreciate you and am learning so much, White Raven

  2. Good video my only comment is to ask that you not refer to us as African Americans we are not Africans are people are Indigenous to the Americas as well as the entire world. Our ancestors were the real Indians Columbus met we he arrived on this land. Our magic is not African and has nothing to do with Africa. My ancestors did not come here on slaves ships we were already here. Just like the Caribbean all the original people of the Caribbean are black Bahamas, Jamaica, Cuba, DR, Puerto Rico etc everybody else is a mullato or a Spaniard baby.

  3. Message to the viewers. I saw a comment saying something about not appropriating 'our' culture & i just wanna make it clear at this point what is even appropriating? Everybody takes a little from eachother. You never know who watches over you in spirit. It's one big melting pot. Whatever your spirit draws you to just go. Nomore time for separation get your magick on just always come with respect. It's deeper than what we perceive as just culture it's about the soul. True spirituality transcends race, gender, whatever. If your soul is attracted to something don't ignore it…oh and much love WhiteRaven 😊

  4. Wishing you Whiteraven,red ❀ Charlie, πŸ’š your Man All πŸ’œ a beautiful loving Valentine Day 🍾 🎢 Champagne or wine 🍾 ❀ β™₯ πŸ₯‚πŸŽˆ 🎈 πŸ’•

  5. Thank you for such a great book review..I'm from the south, Alabama, so a lot of my family practiced Folk Magic and I don't know if they ever realized it or not…LOLol. I'm not African American but I have the highest respect for Hoodoo..I would so love to learn more about it…From what others have told me Hoodoo and Folk Magic have a lot of similarities. Maybe our local witch shop will get it in…

  6. Thank you White Raven! I’m definitely going to add this book to my list just like every book you recommended, I actually loved every single one and I’m incredibly thankful I found your channel long ago preciosa!πŸ’–

  7. Hello WhiteRaven, thank you for the Wonderful information as always. But could you please recommend a book about teaching us how to undo the spells. I really don’t hear much about that. And I believe if you’re casting spells than you should learn how to undo a spell. You are the best as always. Thank you

  8. I would say as long as people remain respectful of closed practices while they venture into this book and the experience of AA, then you should embrace it! However, whereas rituals are concerned, it is important to remember the context in how these rituals were cultivated and why! Try your best not to appropriate our culture πŸ™πŸΎ I wish you luck.

  9. What a beautiful review ❀️ i was hoping it turned out to be a wonderful book the cover of it intrigued me so much! I love reading these kinds of books they make me feel more in sync with our culture which is rich in African and indigenous heritage. Thank you Bella ❀️
