The Easiest Lucid Dreaming Technique In The World…

This might just be the easiest lucid dreaming technique in the entire world. So easy you can do it with your eyes closed. Try it out tonight, and let me know how you get along!

The technique explained for those who don’t fully understand:

By wearing one sock during your sleep you are creating an unusual and rare bodily sensation that can help you distinguish between dreams and waking life. The sock causes one foot to be consistently warmer during sleep. During the waking hours, you (obviously) wear two or none.

Therefore: the only situations where your right foot is going to feel warmer than the left are:

1) awake in bed
2) during a dream
3) or in very rare circumstances when awake (one foot in a swimming pool for example).

So, if you’re walking around, thinking you’re awake, and then notice that your right foot is noticeably and inexplicably warmer – you can be pretty certain you’re dreaming.

Think of it as a forced dream sign – similar to the flashing lights of a lucid dream induction device (which also have the possibility to misfire in bed when you’re awake also).

Body temperature is one of the few senses that seem to permeate into the dream world with relative ease.

  1. Of course there's much more to lucid dreaming than simple techniques – If you're genuinely interested in learning how to lucid dream, check out the lucid 19 day lucid dreaming course here on my channel.

  2. I have experience dreaming within my dream,, its hard to wake up,, because when i tried to wake up i thought i did and found myself im still in my dream,, that almost took my hope to wake up,,😞

  3. Alr, so I saw a video that might work, but I forgot about it:
So when ur about to go to bed, u need to get rid of any big distractions( like if ur fan clicks or ur curtains are blowing or smth) u then have to meditate ( probably sitting up) for 1-3 mins to clear ur mind a little. U then have to try to remember the dream u had the night before, if u don’t remember, think of any dream u can picture in detail( i recommend writing them down if u can’t remember any) but u could just picture urself in ur own made up world. Really start to imagine that u control everything around u, like giving urself superpowers or spawning someone. U really want to force urself out of reality. While ur doing this, repeat a phrase like “I will lucid dream tonight” or “I am dreaming”. Soon, u will drift off into dream world and be able to do anything.
I also recommend setting an alarm in the middle of the night or 4-6 hours after u fall asleep to start this. This is bc ur most likely to have vivid dreams after disturbing ur sleep. Hope this Helps!!

  4. Instructions unclear. Do I need to not have a socks on my and out a sock on my right foot only? Do I need to put both socks on but the right foot last? If I have both socks on, do I take my sock off my right foot and then put it on again? I need specifics.

  5. its funny because i be on medication rn and one of the side effects is lucid dreams etc, i be having like 20 dreams a night and ive started noticing im in dreams and in the dreams im like oh im dreaming but then everyone around me is like no your not and it gets so confusing but im slowly learning to understand and control it

  6. my dad and my aunt (his sister) had a lucid dream together and they were kids back then. they were in a car then no one was driving they were so scared. when they woke up, my dad asked my aunt “did you have the same dream?” and my aunt said “yes” and that’s it

  7. I have good luck with looking at my hands. Hands don’t look right in a dream, the weird thing is I could free-roam in my dream or do whatever I wanted but I had to act like i didn’t know I was lucid dreaming, if I got too aware i would wake up and ruin the experience. I haven’t done lucid dreaming in a while up until the other night during a sleep paralysis dream. I wanted to get out realize and then looked at my hands and was able to come out right after.
