Well Teresa, I figured that I would answer this question for you. Why are you going through that now? It used to be a film tape and now you just know.
OK when you were immature, you would get the film tape showing that scene like in a movie of what you needed to tell them
But now that you’re confident with your gift which is confident with it being in the spirit
Being one with the universe
You will just know it just means you’re doing upgrades to becoming more regular relaxed one with your gift
You’re becoming more spiritual than physical
That’s how that happens
Let me explain if you had died. God forbid you would just know everything about the whole universe because now you’re of the spirit and the spirit is a view. You are one.
So the more you shift over to the spiritual area of your life, the more you’re becoming kind like you’re dead, but you’re not the more you’re becoming one

Teresa I had a little bit of a problem with her, adding her husband with your channelling session
I’m sorry, but if you’re paying her for a channelling session, then she should not be billing you for talking to her husband
OK teresa God wants you to slow down I noticed, and God noticed after that channelling session you got right up put your coat on and you left. I don’t know if this is the producers idea or your idea but that’s no good. You need to sit down, relax have a tea have regular conversations just regular communication before you leave or your system is gonna be on high stress all the time until you reach home, that is not good. Have your system on high stress all the time and this is what’s causing your stress let me put it this way what you do is very important and it needs to be treated in such a way as important to your body as you get older the body has certain requirements to distress and after each session, you should be distressing not going home and thinking about it. OK it should be almost like putting clean underwear on and take old ones off. Let me put it that way don’t carry the luggage and to help you not carry the luggage. This is what you do they make a tea not a coffee or relaxing tea, relaxing conversation nothing about the session just wow you got beautiful wallpaper that type of conversation so you can distress and leave the energy behind at their house. I want you to wash your hands in cold water before you leave this ends the session and you tell spirit OK we’re done now you stay here and then you wash your hands in the cold water.
I feel because you are never trained in certain practises when you contact the other side that you’re gonna need to do a few things like meditation so at night I want you to quite write down or have a room with a bed in it where you can quiet and write down at least for 20 minutes And I would like to see you relax and go into meditation of seeing white light come down through your body and golden light come through your body through the top and out the bottom and a circular pattern and up lifted and come down. I do a thing called Brock lie where I take a screen and screen out the negative and dump it screen out the negative and I dump it and then I allow the golden light to come in and I do a for advanced meditation where I hook up to God and everybody where I see actual roots connected to all of me and the heavens wouldn’t be roots it would be green light, and I kind of comes from all of my body and connects me one with the heaven and allows me to relax
If we do not get relaxation when we do not get our break break time, our bodies will suffer with different elements all kinds of nervous conditions. It will start out as nervous then it will get bigger and can turn into big problems. I wouldn’t like to see this happen to you I would like to see you do the proper relaxation the proper medication, the proper things that you need to do to be able to debunk yourself from what you have just gone through. We all need to debunk ourselves from what we pick up around us every single day even if you don’t read And your whole life shouldn’t be about reading OK OK when I’m done with my job and I’m a gardener and I’m out of the garden. I’m home. I’m resting. I’m not still gardening right but you’re not shutting down away from doing your job which this you’ve made a job so you gotta be able to say OK Monday Wednesday Friday will be the three days I will read only the rest is gonna be my rest time or Monday Wednesday Friday Sunday will be my work days and the rest are my days even to the producers because they’re the worst. They just find something and want to milk it dry till it gives no more milk because they’re making money on it no no no you are a human being, spiritual human being and it needs to be treated as so.
They all get to go home and relax, but it takes you a lot more to unwind. I mean a lot more.
And your family needs to start getting on board and be supportive because treating their mother like she’s an imbecile is not cool and that was treating you bad as far as I’m concerned I was treating you real bad. I see this behaviour from my son Conrad and I just look at them now just give them that look And he knows he better stop right now because I am who I am like it or lump it you like it fine good you don’t well then take your opinion somewhere else because God has made me perfect and God makes no mistakes.
I find the worst part is dealing with family when you are a spiritual being I deal with it all the time and believe me I shut that shit down right now I’m a walk-in angel of light and a human body and that’s what I am like it or lump it My daughter is the same. She came down here to save my life so I wanna see you have more relaxation time girl if the community thinks you’re that important then they will be on board with you needing rest and if they don’t, then they’re very selfish they need to take their selfish thought somewhere else.

I wouldn't have thought past lives were real, but a friend (who swears she had a past life) told me about some stories of kids who had past lives, and I looked it up, watching a bunch of episodes of The Ghost Inside My Child. OMG that stuff really appears to be real. If you are a non believer, google it, watch episodes for yourself and you'll be a believer!
