I love this lady. Not just because we're of a similar vintage and religious families, but because in my close-to-60 years of research, I have come to very similar conclusions.
My first (angelic rescue) experience happened when I was two. At nine I had a Shared Death Experience with my dad. I've had many paranormal experiences, but my most profound was an NDE in my late forties.
My NDE was brief and just enough for me to understand that we're not these bodies.
In reading the experiences of others, like Dr. Greer's, what has resonated is this concept of downloading this earthly experience. I think the point of coming here is to bring back all kinds of experiences: good, bad, and indifferent.
I think that this is where the concept of the Akashic Records comes from. I also think that those on the other side can experience full lifetimes of all living existances like we take a book out of the library. Maybe what we consider past lives are just these downloads?
The more I read/hear, the more I believe this is just a "play," and we all take on roles. It's about experience, not about learning. Our souls already "know" everything, but we're thirsty for experience.

A curious thought as a fellow NDEer, why are supposed to shed our previous life if we continue to live and work through lives within the same soul group? Does my ability to gain awareness of my soul groups goals, trials, and responsibilities make the next transition a bit smoother or rougher like it was in the beginning of this transition knowing I'd left loved one's that needed taken care of?
