In Richard Linklater’s new film, Blue Moon, Ethan Hawke gives the performance of the year as Lorenz Hart and in doing so, he tells us something about the train wreck that is human desire.

Socrates was a queer? Idiot.😂
Best wishes for 2026, Andrew. My 2026 will be improved by having access to your good sense and humour.
Check out Marty Supreme!! I really liked it and would love to hear you talk about a movie I’ve seen lol I thought it was really good but long and seemed a bit confused in the moment, but the more I think about the ending the more it makes sense
AMDG….
I needed to hear this. Thank you, Klavan.
Wait, so does that make Shakespeare queer 😂
OMG sounds like Klavan summoned up the New Testament in under ten minutes
This is my second watch of this clip, and it’s easily the best sermonI’ve heard this year.
ty ! reminds me of Corinthians 10:15..
Walk in love and go and serve the world.
Hawkes was absolutely outstanding in his performance. He deserves an academy award. Saying that at the same time I detested the role he was playing and the person so morally and mentally corrupted he perfectly portrayed.
My Fair Lady~ Lerner and Loewe
Scandace Owens is drifting back towards the Left.
Thespians!
…Andrew… are you suggesting Jesus wasn't a Palestinian ?
God bless you Andrew.
Socrates was NOT homosexual.
It's not that homosexuals can't get into heaven, it's that wilful sinners living in abomination likely aren't getting into heaven.
And so friends, as it says in Thespians 12:6 "Thou shalt obsequiously flatter thyne enemy, forsaking all desires to wring their miserable necks."
This was the only movie of 2025 year that got me out of the house and into a movie theater. Ethan Hawk was brilliant. So was Andrew Scott and the always-to-be-pined-for Margaret Qualley.
I cant figure Richard Linklater out. His last movie “Hitman” was so juvenile and cheesy and Cliche. Then he does “Blue Moon” which is such a mature film with tons of depth and rich with a uniquely written perspective.
He’s one of the most polarizing directors of the last couple of decades imo.
Daily Wire still promoting sodomy…
It was a bar on rt 79.😂😂😂😂😂😂
