  1. Braindead people do not think, that is not possible, there is no mechanism for activity in lifeless brain matter.

There is however a very easy explanation for the experiences people claim to have while being dead, and that is the difference in time, as in how much time you think has passed. There are people who have lived thousands of years while on a DMT trip, so there is a good possibility that NDE's happen in a split second before or after brain death with a release of natural DMT, although the patient might remember alot more time passing when they awake.

Belief is not an answer, at least not a good one. As animals we might be relatively intelligent, but only if we act like one and not fall for what our primitive little brains tell us.

  2. Our minds are soooo much more powerful than we understand. Especially in terms of our connections to one another. The problem is this materialist science perspective we've adopted that rejects the inexplicable truth of our consciousness. And the noise of the world gets in the way of these abilities.

Have had many instances of my intuition working scary well, and I cant explain any of them away.

  3. I’ve been reading Manuel de Landa’s A Thousand Years of Nonlinear History, and it draws out the abstractions from the physical very nicely, across a few different areas of inquiry. What Robert was describing on the spirit is interestingly elaborated in this book

  4. One thing that there's not enough research into is out of body experiences during childhood; for a while when I was around 5 or 6 I would have those at night instead of just falling asleep

  5. 9:08 A wonderful flowing thought ✨️
To understand the invisible moments that built the buildings you see around you… You would need to be a part of the process to understand.

The whole building process is quite magical once you understand that the materials in the ground make up what is above yet vastly different.

All the little steps involved the vast number of people needed to build a building.

A profound thought, to look beyond what is, to uncover how it became to be…

  6. There is a book called subconscious mind in that author said our subconscious mind is a garden and our mind is a gardener and we need to take only positive thoughts to our garden.😊

  7. Mind and conciousness, these concepts has been debunked thousands of years ago in Hindu Vedas 🕉. Those are in Sanskrit. For those who are really interested in these and want to explore more must watch videos of Sandeep Maheshwari who is really deep dive into at experiential level not just theories. He is the one in modern world who connect the dots of ancient text to the quantum physics and what he saying completely make sense.

  8. Hm? … The mind is separate from the brain. Hm? … The caterpillar 🐛 is separate from the butterfly 🦋. But be very careful that you’ve gained flight O delicate butterfly, for there are spiders 🕷️ that want to have you trapped and eaten! And, there are birds 🐦‍⬛ that would like to swoop down from their perches to have you for breakfast or lunch! 🙀

  9. What is a mind ? After reaching enlightenment
it mean sunyata it mean aware , knowing, blissful space of mind , Buddha refused to teach because was convinced that so called
normal people will never believe that mystery of mind is knowing space! Today who normal citizen or truth seeker will believe that our true nature is like space ? In similar manner words of Jesus : ,, My kingdom is not of this world ,,.

  10. There are researchers dedicating their life to study about reincarnation (Dr. Ian Stevenson and later Dr. Jin B. Tucker.)
They spent over 40 years collecting and analyzing reports of children who claimed to remember their past lives. They ofc tried to rule out fraud, suggestion or confidence and analyze over 2,500 cases.

Their documentation was unusually detailed and eerie that even though critics wanted to debunk it, they also cannot provide a good theory to explain how these kids could know place or personal placement of stuff in places they have never been to for example. Some can identify a street in a neighborhood they never went to and details of house she used to live in- even hidden spots in the house no outsider could know (they find her “former husband”).

The thing is life is just too fascinating that we cannot explain everything with logic or knowing everything might be impossible.

While I’m not religious myself, I choose to keep open minded.

  11. The part about consciousness being “too close to study because observing it changes it” really hit me. It makes sense why we struggle to define the mind, it's the only tool we have for the analysis, and at the same time the subject of the analysis. The near‑death example of the whole “warehouse lighting up” also aligns with the idea that our normal awareness is just a filtered version of reality. Whether the mind exists beyond the brain or not, it’s hard to deny that a huge portion of human experience is invisible, symbolic, and impossible to reduce to pure materialism. This conversation really captured that tension between what science can measure and what we can only experience.

  12. A real person I have ever seen on this earth!

  13. Robert – I’m a huge fan of your books. I don’t know if you’ll see this comment.

I can almost promise you that if you read “The Discernment of Spirits” by Timothy Gallagher, it would blow your mind. If you haven’t already. It mirrors everything you’re talking about in this video.

🙏 thanks for what you do. Blessings and peace to you and your family! – Claire
