I was part of a public meditation and ended up in the same place she's describing. It was me and God and pitch black. He said i could go with him if i wanted. I was terrified and told him i have a daughter and wanted to remain. I asked how to get back into my body. He just said " take a breath". I did and instantly i was back. Its truly amazing.
