  1. The subconscious is where that alcohol issue is with me. Ive been changing that mess tho since lve been studying about aligning these 2 things. My subconscious must go along with wat "l" tell it and wat "I" desire. Meditation and repetition of new healthy habits here l come.

  2. I think those of us that stay in the unconscious mind will be introverted, isolated and artist. We literally have zero in common with other humans that dwell in the conscious mind of logic, ego and shallow connections

  3. Psychology & neuroscience show that healing isn’t a single moment but an ongoing process hardwired into us. The brain constantly rewires itself through neuroplasticity, meaning we’re always adapting, learning, & reshaping our emotional patterns, whether we’re aware of it or not. Emotional healing, trauma recovery, & personal growth all depend on this lifelong capacity for renewal. Even when we’re not consciously “working on ourselves,” our nervous system, memories, & beliefs are in motion, integrating experiences & adjusting to maintain balance.

Healing isn’t a one-time event; it’s a way of living, a quiet daily choice to stop running from pain & start understanding it. Every time I’ve fallen, I’ve met a deeper strength I didn’t know I had. I’m not chasing perfection anymore; I’m building peace that lasts.

  4. You can process the complete subconscious memory and only personal memory will remain. The rest you don´t need. You only need it when you want to stay in the loop of life and experience the same over and over again. A processed subconscious memory is the result of regaining natural human consciousness.
