I have been through all of those religions you spoke and never has made me more aware than what you are expounding to my ears today. I'm resonating in a way never before and I thank you. In my case I’m learning more about my roots I’m sadly not fully African American but I still wanna learn about my ancestral roots.
Even if I’m of mixed decent cause as far as I know I have some African American heritage on my moms side my dads side is Asian Specifically Filipino.

I'm of African descent born in Guyana South America and have no knowledge of my ancestors. I did the DNA test I'm 30% Benin/Togo, 30%Mali 21% Ghana the other percentage is Cameroon, Nigeria, Senegal and Nigeria.
