  1. Sometimes (typically as a result of a psychoactive substances or domestic abuse) there is severe disconnection between mind and feelings. It shows as obstructed communication. HALT -hungry, angry, lonely, tired is Alanon acronym for stopping the speach under these inner conditions😉
    Amateurs with life experience..😊

  2. CGP grey did a video "you are two" which got me thinking about this sort of thing. Like there is left and right but also our brain stem and cerebral cortex which operate widly differntly but also make up who we are. We are composite conciousness that much is for sure and the different parts don't always understand eachother.

  3. It's the unconscious. It continues to work in the "background" if you will. It completes problems and hands you the answers suddenly coming to your awareness at a point. Although I absolutely don't understand what triggers it to reveal it's answers. The cases discussed here are seemingly emotional and almost requires a "poke the bear" trigger. But others are not as apparent.

  4. Basically, a person can be in the line of fire of an individual's mental problems, begin totally unaware of and take out their frustrations on the person closest to them at the moment.

  5. The human conscience is an inner human faculty corrupted by sin and the Fall (in Genesis Chapter 3 — the fall of man). And the Holy Spirit is the Divine Agent God uses to begin His redemptive work in a believer. The Spirit of God takes someone who is dead in sin and darkened in their understanding (Ephesians 4:18) to someone who has life and their eyes of their heart enlightened (Ephesians 1:17,18).
This transformation and renewal of our conscience is brought about as the Spirit takes residence in our heart and begins to influence our inner man. Part of this Divine Influence is explained in 1 Corinthians 2:11-13.

    Special Revelation

Every conscience forms a standard based on the general revelation it receives. This is the moral compass written on every man's heart (Romans 2:14,15). But a believer's conscience is largely different in the sense that it is a recipient of special revelation — able to understand the things of the Spirit of God.

  6. I think that seems a little obvious since speech and emotions centers in the brain I think don’t overlap so it leads to a gray area where thoughts occur but they aren’t processed via speech centers in the brain

  7. Exactly! It’s all about embodying our consciousness. Mind-body unity is the key to being truly human and experiencing love, joy God, and all of it.
