My husband died thrice, 2 times no pulse for over a minute and once it took 3 minutes to shock him back.
He had to be on life support for 5 hours, to let his heart rest.
They pulled the plug and he is on tons of meds, but still alive and kissing and laughing with me, a year later.

🕯️ First: The Moments of Death Agony (Sakarat al-Mawt)
Almighty Allah says:
"And the agony of death (Sakrat al-Mawt) will come with the truth; that is what you were trying to evade." (Quran, Qaf: 19)
Sakrat al-Mawt is the intense struggle of the soul leaving the body, and every person undergoes it.
The Prophet Muhammad (text{PBUH}) himself suffered from it and said while dying:
"Indeed, there are agues (agonies) for death." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari).
During this time, the person feels their soul being slowly drawn from the body, causing their sight to weaken, their limbs to cool, and their tongue to become heavy.
It is at this moment that the unseen, which they could not perceive in the worldly life, is revealed to them:
"Then We have removed from you your cover, so your sight, this Day, is sharp." (Quran, Qaf: 22)
👼 Second: The Descent of Angels and the Reception of the Soul
Almighty Allah says:
"Those whom the angels take in death [while they are] good and pure, [the angels] say, 'Peace be upon you; enter Paradise for what you used to do.'" (Quran, An-Nahl: 32)
"And if you could but see when the angels take the souls of those who disbelieved, striking their faces and backs…" (Quran, Al-Anfal: 50)
bullet The Believer (Mumin):
Angels with white, radiant faces, as if their faces were the sun, come to him.
They bring a shroud from Paradise and a fragrance from Paradise.
They sit around him until the Angel of Death arrives and says gently:
"O pure soul, come out to forgiveness from Allah and His pleasure."
The soul then exits as easily as a drop of water flows from the mouth of a waterskin.
bullet The Disbeliever or the Wicked (Kafir/Fajir):
Angels with dark faces come to him, bringing a rough shroud from the Fire.
The Angel of Death says:
"O wicked soul, come out to displeasure from Allah and His wrath."
The soul is then violently pulled out, like a skewer being dragged out of wet wool, i.e., with severity and pain.
⚰️ Third: After the Soul Departs – The Start of the Journey to the Barzakh
Once the soul has departed, it remains conscious and aware of its surroundings.
The soul of the believer is ascended toward the heavens, and the doors are opened for it until the Seventh Heaven, where Allah says:
"Write the record of My servant in 'Illiyyin (the highest register) and return him to the earth."
As for the soul of the disbeliever, the doors of heaven are closed against it, and Allah says:
"Write his record in Sijjin (the lowest register) in the lowest earth." (Narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud)
🕳️ Fourth: The Questioning in the Grave (Fitnat al-Qabr)
After burial, two angels, Munkar and Nakir, come to the deceased. The deceased is made to sit up (a special return of the soul to the body) and is asked:
Who is your Lord?
What is your religion?
Who is your Prophet?
bullet The Believer answers with firmness:
"My Lord is Allah, my religion is Islam, and my Prophet is Muhammad (text{PBUH})."
A caller then proclaims from the heavens:
"My servant has spoken the truth, so furnish him from Paradise, and open for him a gate to Paradise."
bullet The Disbeliever or the Hypocrite answers:
"Hah! Hah! I don't know! I heard the people saying something, so I said it too."
A caller then proclaims from the heavens:
"My servant has lied, so furnish him from the Fire, and open for him a gate to the Fire."
🌄 Fifth: The Life of the Barzakh (The Intermediate Realm)
Almighty Allah says:
"And behind them is a Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day they are resurrected." (Quran, Al-Mu'minun: 100).
bullet The Believer in the Barzakh:
A gate to Paradise is opened for him, and the coolness and fragrance of it reach him.
His grave is widened for him as far as his eye can see, and he sleeps in peace, like a bride.
His place in Paradise is shown to him every morning and evening.
bullet The Disbeliever in the Barzakh:
A gate to the Fire is opened for him, and its heat and scorching wind reach him.
His grave is narrowed until his ribs overlap.
His place in the Fire is shown to him every morning and evening.
The Prophet (text{PBUH}) said:
"The grave is either a garden from the gardens of Paradise or a pit from the pits of the Fire." (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi)
⏳ Sixth: Between Death and Resurrection
In this stage, the human lives a life of Barzakh that resembles neither the life of this world nor the Hereafter.
Souls visit and recognize each other, especially the souls of believers.
They remain in bliss or torment until the Trumpet is blown and the Reckoning begins on the Day of Judgment.
I think people have these experiences with Hell for a reason. But I do not believe that God sends you to Hell after you pass away and don't come back. Everyone has experienced a frightening nightmare at least once in their lifetime. Sleep paralysis is similar to a Hellish NDE, but it is short in duration.

I have studied Near Death Experiences for about 30 years. There is a hell, and Jesus spoke of it more than heaven. There will always be a few of these experiences that have an explanation, but most of these are real, honest, life changing events that change the person's personality completely. Only Christ can do that when he saves you from these horrid torments and you become "born again".

I have experienced hell myself and its as real as you and me..Hell uses your sins against you to torment you forever and ever.I was in totaly limbo ,because time goes different there,and it felt like i spent several lifetimes down there.Its no colours in this realm ,its grey/darkish and so despressive place to be.If somebody have seen the movie insidious when the old woman goes to the furter ,its looks like that ,and i saw the movie 10 years after my experience . Its filled of people who did not change their life when they needed too. So history is full of expales of people who have experienced the same thing as me ..I saw a video yesterday about somebody talking about his NDE and is was like dantes inferno first circle of hell,and i did not even know about the first in circle and dantes experience in hell at that time.But i got also a glimpse of heaven too ,and i know why all this happen to me,because god is calling for us to change ,he dont want us to end up in hell.All negative feelings comes from evil forces ,and fallen angels feeds of your fear itself,and uses your fear and sinns agains you.So jesus is the way,and i hope this can just make one humanbeeing out there change their life before you never know when its to late to repent.God is calling you ,so pick up the bible and be humbe before god and you will recive the holy spirit if you are humble,you dont need to be perfect ,just do your best,you dont need to change all in your life and become a despressed human who cannot do anything because al is a sinn.Its not like that ,just follow your conscience and read the scriptures and you will see the words starts to live and talk to you in a way you didnt see before you recive the holy spirit,at least this is like it was for me.May god be with you who are reading this for ever and ever. 🙏

Alright there is 2 places in purgatory Abrahams bosom which "was" where all faithful servants of the lord go till Christs sacrifice so that place is empty but the other place is called hell it's not the lack of fire the lack of fire is after the white throne judgment well for humans and hell is a prison for prisoners awaiting trial the reason why you won't find people talking about fire is because it doesn't say hell is burning its a prison and since those were just NDE they didn't go there they were just outside the earth realm so you won't get it from them

"Hell", is when someone/something, or both, is taken away from you, leaving you in distress and despair. The flames aren't necessarily literal, but, it still hurts.

As an elder Neuroscience Physician myself, I’m noting an “organization” within the plethora of recently reported NDE’s. I have participated in numerous team diagnoses of “brin death”. Earlier in life, I had been a Family Doc & had cared for many during their last hours. Our understanding of death has evolved from the historical “cardiac cessation” to the concept of brain death. Of course, heart stoppage is easy to detect & confirm, and if unattended, promptly leads to brain death; easily understood. But when brain death precedes cardiac arrest, frequently by days or weeks, the patient is now considered as dead. All of these anecdotal tales involve “cardiac death”without concomitant brain death. As the person is defined by brain activity, I doubt anyone could “come back” from actual brain death. Just my “educated opinion”.
