African Spirituality with Brother Ishmael Tetteh

Today’s Life Question of the Week comes from someone who has been engaged in a protracted court battle with her ex-husband over spousal support and wants to know how she can move past this situation and gain financial freedom for herself.

Next, Michael sits down with Brother Ishmael Tetteh. Brother Tetteh is an internationally-renowned indigenous spiritual leader, teacher, mystic, and author of over 30 books who, for over 40 years, has devoted his life to the transformation of human consciousness through the principles and Laws of Nature, and has developed tools and technologies that show us how to live harmonious lives filled with joy, purpose, and peace. Brother Tetteh founded the Etherean Mission in Accra, Ghana in 1987, which now has three locations across Ghana plus a new location in London, England.

In this insightful episode, Michael and Brother Tetteh talk about Tetteh’s life shift from former successful businessman to spiritual teacher; the principles of African Spirituality and the Laws of Nature, and how to understand and practice them in ways that can transform our lives; and his passion for growing empowered children and his work around that. Plus, Brother Tetteh leads us in a Soul Awareness meditation, and much, much more!

  1. I remember one of his speach at Agape probably 2003 , The theme was water that was connecting us all .At 80 % water ourselves we are a water treatment plan propelled at 70K miles/hr in space was his words , so we should stop worrying .Always loved Ishmael Tetteh

  2. What a blessing! Thank you Brother Ishmael Tetteh for placing the positive African spirituality on this global stage for the world to learn. You two are indeed brothers from another mother. I loved this!

  3. Finally the teachings I'm in agreement with. For the longest time I have been searching for such content. I couldn't be happier and satisfied. My journey just begins from watching this video

  4. Grew up Christian, I started studying the Bible academically and reading a lot of books on the Bible, and it led to my unraveling when I learn the truth about the Bible. I still am in the process of like deconstructing and reconstructing and I’ll probably never *not identify as a Christian
Stil go to church etc., but in my deconstruction I was led to African spirituality and I love the idea in the beliefs of African spirituality the way they see God .❤ I can’t wait to study more and start practicing it. As a black American, it feels right . And interleaving it with parts of Christianity that I still believe in. Thanks for this introduction of this awesome man!
