  1. Yes but true spirituality is within in the context of God and His word. Sadly the church and religion in some Christianity has put structures or confinements that weren’t originally in Gods nature.
Many Christian’s are surprised what God is actually like, very separate from what they perceived in church.
I’m very firm on the word of God (bible), but I’m very spiritual and get frustrated about the contexts of man and often don’t go to church.

True spirituality is found through relationship with the creator, and we are all born with an instinctive desire for the supernatural (just some more than others).

  2. 😊DIFFERENCES between religion and spirituality.

👉RELIGION Spirituality is a specific set of beliefs, practices, and rituals related to the worship of a higher power or being. It usually involves an organized institution, a collective of people with similar religious beliefs, and a formalized structure with specific rules and regulations. Religion is often associated with a particular culture, tradition, or geographic region. Its primary purpose is to help believers connect with the divine, achieve salvation, and follow a moral code of conduct.

👉Real Spirituality, on the other hand, is a more individual and subjective approach to transcendence and enlightenment. It refers to the inner experience of connecting with one's inner self or a universal consciousness, seeking meaning or purpose beyond the physical realm. Spirituality includes a broad range of practices and beliefs, such as meditation, mindfulness, healing emotionally through comprehension, compassion, unity , and seeking personal growth and self-awareness. It is less formalized and less bound by tradition, culture, or religious institutions.

In summary, religion is an organized system of beliefs and practices while spirituality is a more personal and individualistic pursuit of transcendence and inner growth

    👉Religions Spirituality Divides Humanity

    👉Real True Spirituality Unite Humanity

  3. I'm on the younger side and averse to religion, but I'm not spiritual (nothing against spirituality). I say this because your five differences represent my experience. I was raised in a fundamentalist Christian household from the mid 90s through the 2000s, albeit on the milder side, but fundamentalist nonetheless. I grew up a very defiant child who asked a lot of questions, and if you grew up in that environment you knew how that was dealt with. I was very young when I began to understand the true nature of religious belief, and by the time I hit high school I was an atheist. To my understanding most Christians are less psychotic than fundamentalists, and that's true as well about fundamentalists of other religions, but those five aspects of religion still don't change. They can be executed in more or less damaging ways than others, but Gen Z and Gen Alpha are going be to the death of Christian dominance in the US where I live. I polls I've seen, millennials and Gen Z say by a wide margin they are either non-religous, athiest, or spiritual without religious affiliation.

  6. Faith is a concept found in every religion, though beliefs differ about the nature of God & the depth of our connection to the divine. Across traditions, the idea of trusting in something greater than ourselves is nearly universal, whether expressed as devotion to a single deity, reverence for a life force, or connection to a universal truth. Culture shapes how we live out our faith, influencing rituals, values, moral frameworks, & the sense of community we experience. For some, faith provides comfort, strength, & purpose; for others, it invites questions or seasons of uncertainty. This exploration, whether through organized religion or personal spirituality, can lead to deeper self-awareness, compassion, & respect for diverse beliefs. Doubt is part of the journey, & open conversations, fresh perspectives, & genuine connections can help guide the way.

At the most basic level, regardless of faith, all humans share the same essential needs: air, water, food, shelter, & connection, & our survival depends on the well-being of our shared home. Many religions agree on the existence of a divine presence; what differs is how that presence is understood, experienced, & honored. While some debate the depth of our connection to the divine, my own experience tells a different story: mine has grown stronger with every encounter. I've experienced miracles, healing, & answered prayers through my connection with the universe-Source that have profoundly shaped my spiritual path & how I relate to life itself. Over time, my faith & trust have both gotten stronger, & deepened, enriching my sense of peace, & my connection to the universe-Source.

  7. I'd like to add that those who are religious call themselves "children of God", or belonging to God. In Spirituality, we are adherents of God/s, but we're not the God's "property". That's just my take on this. I don't feel like I'm "owned", just doing my Spiritual thang the best I can, and I don't feel "guilty" just because I'm not perfect.

  8. Faith means believing in something bigger than ourselves. Different people understand it in different ways. Some believe in one God, while others believe in a universal energy or truth. How people connect with this bigger thing can affect the way they live, the habits they follow, the prayers they say, & the ways they help & care for each other. Faith is personal. Some feel very close to it, like a friend, while others feel it more like an idea far away. It’s okay to have questions or doubts, & you don’t need to have all the answers. Talking with others, learning about different beliefs, & exploring new ideas can help us understand more about the world & ourselves. Everyone experiences faith differently, & exploring these differences can teach us to be more kind, patient, & understanding toward others while also helping us discover what truly matters to us personally.

All people need basic things like air, water, food, shelter, & friends. We also need to take care of the Earth because it gives us everything we need to live. Being spiritual isn’t just about believing. It’s about using your faith to grow, make good choices, care for yourself & others, & live a happy, healthy life. If faith becomes only about arguing or convincing others that your way is right, it can be harmful. Real spirituality comes from trying things, learning from experience, & showing what you believe through your actions every day. Practicing your beliefs in ways that are positive & helpful strengthens your character, improves your relationships, & encourages a deeper understanding of life & the world around you.

All living things, including people, animals, & plants, need energy, water, food, & clean air to stay healthy. Humans depend on the health of the planet, & we also need each other to share, cooperate, & support one another. Helping others, sharing responsibly, & caring for the world makes life better for everyone. Nature has rules & patterns, & everything we do has effects. When we make choices that respect life, help others, & protect the environment, we create balance, kindness, & happiness. Living this way helps us, our communities, & the Earth grow strong & healthy, giving everyone the chance to thrive. Understanding these connections between people, the environment, & the choices we make teaches us responsibility, compassion, & how to live in harmony with the world while creating a positive future for all living beings.

  10. Most humans need some type of guidance toward developing a stronger willingness to seek and recognize the spiritual essence that is within, even though life’s seemingly unending challenges and periodic trauma would seem to logically, emotionally steer us toward deeper introspection and enhance spiritual discovery (awareness). Religion serves the basic function of providing one type of starting point or reason for initially seeking through faith for a deeper sense of existence; asking “WHAT am I” as a being rather than accepting “this is WHO I am.”. The closer we get to awareness, which is always present but concealed by the infinite attempts of the egoic mind to convince us of our separateness from the Divine (I’m here and the Divine is “there”), and hence the need to believe we’re dependent upon our wants and endless state of thinkingness, the less our minds control us. More simply then, the closer we get to awareness, the less our mind’s fears and desires control us. Since religion itself is the attempt to control our “sense of” spirituality through countless human rules, fears, and hoops, yet can be helpful (not always) in getting into some type of mindset for the consideration of our spiritual nature and Divine presence, it must be released in order to move on spiritually. For me, religion was kindergarten – necessary for initial spiritual growth, but then that which I am moved on to deeper learning and awareness. Still moving, too.

  11. spirituality has always been the truth. i don’t believe in anything. i don’t have any “beliefs”. i base my human experience on my experiences, not other peoples’ experiences. the only thing that affects how i see things is by what i see. what other people see will not directly change how i see them, because any other spiritual person will not say things definitively. anything out of a spiritual person’s mouth is an idea. something that anyone and everyone can relate to and use in their own experiences. this video nailed it. 🤍✌🏼 i will never have someone tell me im wrong for how i see things. i know im a good person and thats all that matters. (: im here to spread love, not gospel.

  12. "Religion is about compliance, conformity & control". As someone who was a Jehovah's Witness for 20 years I can definitely agree with this point. "Spirituality is about freedom". As someone who left the JW religion 10 years ago & discovered spirituality I definitely agree with this point too. I will never go back to religion ever again.
