It's fine video, untill last seconds when he lies. You can and should controll your lower brain parts from the level of neocortex. The fact they told such a bullshit at the end, means they don't won't for you to fully recover your conciousnes, because then you would be dangerous, dangerously powerfull in fact.
Gotta control your life in almost every way. What you eat, drink, do, hang with, work. Etc
A recent experience I had with death opened my eyes to how there are many people out there who haven't achieved a higher consciousness yet. I stumbled upon a dead body with a group of friends the other day. I don't know what was more surprising about the incident. Seeing how much of a shock it was to my friends' psyche, or the fact that it didn't effect me at all. Even though that's not something you see everyday, it felt normal to me. It had me thinking a lot, and I came to the conclusion that people just don't ponder the kind of things I ponder on a regular basis. I never realized higher consciousness is such a normal state of mind for me. It put me down a rabbit hole that lead me to this video.
People always talk about existential crisis and depression in relation to having a higher consciousness, but what if you experience the opposite? The same thoughts that make people feel small and meaningless make me feel so free and alive. You'll feel the same way too when you realize the vast and incomprehensible universe is just as much in you as you are in it.
