  1. Alan was right and the people who call themselves Buddhists and adopt formal disciplines and meditation practices with the goal of reaching enlightenment are all so confused and misguided.

  2. So basically what you’re saying doctor is we are all effed get over it. Try to relax don’t clench your teeth be the observer of your thoughts and have a laugh every now and then and serve others as you would serve yourself mankind and God.❤

  3. The ego does exist in some people. It is a man’s pride; females are generally born without it….being in general of a kinder, more giving ‘we’ focused nature, males are more dominating self-indulgent ‘me’ nature…and like I said in general b/c there are those of each s*x that can be egotists, and there will be very few to none eventually very soon. Either they will recognize the fault in themself, or they will not be allowed return and to evolve. Those that are less absolute in seeking fulfillment and happier just letting things be as they are will be the Leaders of the Universal Soul as it strengthens and MLKJr’s dream sees fruition,it is NOW the content of a person’s Character that matters. Finally at long last. We are so happy to be here🎉🎉🎉the Christ, J2✌🏻

  4. ALLI is what he meant… my dearest teacher… everyone who calls themselves i is to become ALLI… cause WE pregnant only can call themselves. Hurray hurray hurray

  5. It's not an overnight process, it takes a while to fully release it, mine was around 2 months after a moment of ego dissolution after finally breaking a trauma cycle.

Don't pry it open, unless you have the mental framework that can sustain it without going into a crisis that leaves you in a worse place.
