Only thing is there's no imperical evidence of afterlife. Claims yes, but no evidence.
This is NOT scientific evidence for NDEs, but simply an explanation of what they are. Scientific evidence isn't hearsay of people's subjective experiences, nor is it, "I think, I saw, I experienced..", it is objective, measurable, verifiable through testing, and can be tested yourself. For example, proving gravity exists. This can be proven by jumping up in which you will fall back down immediately by Earth's gravitational pull(which can also be measured at the speed of 9.8m/s^2).
Not sure if this video was falsely titled deliberately for clickbait or just a misunderstanding of what science actually is, but either way, it's incorrect and misleading.
NDEs are fascinating, but they are simply subjective or personal experiences(much like dreaming), with no scientific basis, as of 2025.
You could prove life after death, if someone after their NDE spoke of something they had seen here in the material word, something they had heard or seen which no one else knew?
After my mum passed away, I felt her essence present & she somehow told me about the love. I've had signs from my deceased loved ones ever since (and before, a couple of times) but now almost daily! ❤ Including from my dogs 🐕 ❤

Back in 2011 my mom was sitting in my room on a futon bed below my bed and her back was facing me and I had a friend over so me and my friend was having a conversation giggling and talking my mom was silent for a while
anyways , mom said "Chat I can see y'all from the corner of the ceiling of the room… Ooookay mom how many fingers am I holding up , I done a heart shape , she immediately guessed it correct, my friend stood up and went to stand in front of my mom to watch my mom , as I tried it again, she was correct on my guess of peace sign ✌️ then I done 🤟 and she said I love you more my daughter., rip MoMA I miss you forever my best friend ❤
I believe he left something very important out. When talking about the burden of humanity he says, " it's difficult to get through a day without want to choke someone" (paraphrasing) But I would argue when you do learn the importance of Love and you become very empathetic towards those around you and those you come in contact with. Rhe flip side is to feel the emotions of your fellow human and the burden of that also becomes very heavy.
I saw my brother in a dream a year before he died. We hadn't spoken for 20 years as he just was too angry to be around. I loved him dearly from afar. He was the only one who had a sense of humor like mine and we would always make each other laugh. The dream was, I was walking down a hallway in an old 50's style house. Avocado green shag carpeting, dark paneling. The hallway ended in the living room. Against the wall on this old dilapidated couch sat my brother. He was radiant! I can't even describe in words how wonderful he was. He just overflowed with love. He greeted me smiling "hey, Crissie". All of the crap he had on earth (misogyny, addiction, anger, cruelty)was gone and he was just pure love and laughter. I know it was a message for me. I remember it like yesterday and it was almost 10 years ago. Our souls do move on and it will be so joyous to be with our loved ones again!

When you walk up to a coffin to pay your respects to a loved one/friend you see that there is something different about them. What they had is not there anymore. That what is missing is their essence or life form, spirit if you will. All you are physically seeing in that coffin is their "Earth Suit," which is not their true self. Their true self is gone but not gone, far away yet very near(time is the "huh" you're saying right there). The good thing is is that we will all see soon enough. Like the Apostle Paul says, "Right now we are seeing through a glass dimly," but soon we will see in 10000K HD, lol. Paul only said the dimly part, I paraphrased the second. Don't fear death, look forward to it, but let your days play out as God intended. He has good things planned for us and it's up to us to give good things to one another in return. Love is the best gift! Be slow to anger and quick to forgive. Give Jesus our hearts in return for the precious things He gave us…life! The one you see in that coffin is not the one you loved in life. What you are seeing is a suit lain over a bed. God bless you all!

The best is yet to come
We are love and awareness. Everything in this material world is designed to distract you from that truth, and convince you that you are the sum of all the stuff you have whether it be knowledge, money and power, wisdom, etc. our separation from the truth of what we are starts with the identification with things outside of a loving awareness. The is no difference between you and I when we close our eyes in the evening and at the moment when we open them in the morning, at those moments is the time when we begin to identify with the story of self which is the story of separation, but when you quiet the mind from its constant narration and just observe, you realize there is nothing between us but daylight. I love each and every one of you.
